I first started taking fenugreek from a different brand and noticed my supply would either stay the same or dip the same thing occured when I took another product called milk flow however with them my supply would just dip to half. As an under producer and someone who would pump every 3 hours and had been doing so for an entire month I started to worry. I have a Medela hospital grad electric pump their hand pump, the spectra s2 electric pump and a hands free mommead pump and all the correct flange sizes(finally) After 2 weeks of only getting 6mls from each session no matter what pump I used (except spectra) I decided to try mothers thistle in this specific brand. I did see slight results after a week but by the second week I am now making 25 to 35 mls per session however I'm now also pumping every 4-5 hours so that I am not as stressed or sleep deprived. I will continue to buy!! Pls moms who have premie babies, had the depo shot right after birth and had to have a. C section give it time my lactation consultants thinks it's a combo if my baby being two months early and having the depo shot which my body has never responded well to some moms see improvement by month 3 but this has 100% helped aid in my low milk production and over night oats. Def just give it a few weeks!!

1st child: I’ve been using this product 2 capsules 3 times a day and have noticed my milk supply has DOUBLED. I will say that this product combined with Fenugreek really did the job. Unfortunately my daughter was sensitive to the fenugreek so I had to discontinue it ( I knew cause her poop smelled rotten) but the blessed thistle helped me increase my milk production. I was only get 1-2oz for a 30 min pump session but now I can get up to 5oz. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but it is for someone who could barely get the 2oz. You do have to put in the time to pump though. It isn’t just flowing out of me at this time but it does help if you want to provide your baby with breast milk.
