Lay-Z-Spa 60303 LED Light Accessory for Hot Tubs, 7 Colour Underwater Light (2 Modes)

Very bright light for such a small size, it easily attaches to the return water jet (see video). I remove the light after every use as the previous one started to leak water inside. It takes 4x AAA batteries that are inserted at the rear, a small cross head screwdriver 🪛 is needed to replace the batteries. None were included. The light looks really pretty, it does need to be dark to get its full effect. It cycles through each colour and is turned on/off by a push button. The unit is easily cleaned with a cloth, i leave it to dry after each use. Quality is good for the low cost but it isn't suitable to be left in the tub at all times and needs removing after each use. Creates a nice relaxing atmosphere 😌

Love this when hot tubbing at night.

So we got our first lay z spa a few days ago and bought this light to go with it, couldn’t figure out where it screwed into, only after did we discover that you need to unscrew the chlorine tablet dispenser connection from the hot tub and that’s where it screws onto. Anyway, some have said this slows down the water flow rate so, here’s what we have done. Take some sand paper and sand down the threads on the light a little, it’s very soft plastic and sands easily so go gently! This will then allow you to push the light into the hole on the chem dispenser for a push fit connection instead which seems quite tight if you sand it down just enough and leave the flow rate correct. Hope this helps someone. The light itself is nice and bright and allows auto colour change or select a constant colour. Takes 3 aaa batteries.

Very nice, makes hot tub experience better

I have Lazy spa maldives and was looking forward to receiving this light , looking forward to the ambience it might create. It arrived promptly and on installation worked brilliantly. Then after changing the batteries for the first time I noticed the external rubber switch button appeared to be corroded , perished....I re installed the light and it worked for one use of the hot tub. Afterthat it would not switch off and 3 led lights remained on permanently, all be it very faintly. I changed the batteries again, just to be sure but on installing them the same 3 led's came back on with out operating the switch. Take Note from 1st purchase to failure was 3 months.. I'm going to contact Amazon and the seller to see if either will resolve my problem and issue a replacement. I'll update as I know more. Till then beware .

This nifty little light is brilliant. We had previously been using a rubbish floating light with a suction cup which didn't stick to anything so the whole time the light would float and bash you on the head. This light is a genuine layzspa product. You unscrew the top inlet where the hot water comes in and replace with the screw in light. It's got multiple colours . You can leave it to rotate through the colours or fix it on one. But make sure you take it out when you leave the tub which will ensure it doesn't get water in. I unscrew it every time so no water gets left behind. Love it. We have the cancun spa.

The light works well but it doesn't fit the lay-z-spa Toronto. Connections are wrong so had to buy a universal connector so it attaches to the filter. Works well after using the connector.

People say this does not fit the Helsinki Hot Tub. But I can definitely assure you is does. You need to remove the dispenser and adaptor from the top pipe then screw on the light. Job done. Also another moan is that it is not waterproof and it lets water in to the battery compartment. No problem here. Just make sure when you replace the cover you turn it until it's tight. Then make sure when you tighten the screw it is screwed in until it's really tight too. Only takes it to be slightly loose and it will leak. Remember that this unit is under pressure not just dipped in water. I can honestly say it is worth the money and looks nice at night with the spa turned on and bubbling away. Also has the convenience of turning itself off after 2 hours so as not to waste the batteries. I highly recommend this light if you are prepared to make sure you seal it properly.

Haben die Lampe für unseren Lazy Spa gekauft, die Lampe wird auf den Filter gesteckt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Batterien müssen extra gekauft werden. Die Farben können gewechselt oder festgestellt werden.

It's a great light, but unfortunately it doesn't fit my Lay-z-spa Toronto so I have returned it. It has to be screwed on the filter, instead of the chlorine dispenser, but my Toronto has a much bigger connection. I refuse to spend an additional 15-20 euros for a piece of plastic to make it fit. The quality of the light is very good. I've had it submerged in my spa and it didn't show any signs of leakage.
