Yes, actually these are 'beginner' friendly. Just start with the lime green one. It's labeled "Light". Then as you get stronger, progress through each band for more challenges. I really like them so far.

Do these bunch up or snap?

I don't use them any more but when i did I never had them bunch-up or snap for me.

How many pounds of resistance does each band provide? What is the strongest one? Lightest one?

The lightest is 5-10lbs and the most resistant is 30-40 lbs. There is a picture in the link itself that breaks down each of the bands resistance strength.

But can a fat fuel use them??? You always see skinny girls using these. Do I need to lose weight before using them?

No you don’t have to loss weight to use them! I use them for my legs and arms, to get rid of the flab and to tone the muscle
