Good ingredients!
These are my chocolate snack after my lunch, they are a good quality chocolate with good ingredients. I love the fact they use coconut sugar that is low glycemic.

Chocolate tasted moldy
I ordered this 6 pack, opened 3 of them one after the other in one day, as they all taste like mold and unfresh. Cant get myself to use them. Im disappointed. Was really excited to bake with this. :(

product arrived melted and unusable
I received 6 packets of gems - they were melted together in clumps. Per return policy, they can not be returned - what a waste of money and I am extremely disappointed! HU chocolate is awesome, I won't be purchasing them again.

Total disaster
Products showed up completely melted and inedible. The quality of the packaging was terrible. And I think Hu overall has really declined in quality lately. I was such a fan of the brand and now may not purchase again. Not being able to return these or get a refund is really frustrating.
