It doesn't do anything...waste.

Absolutely love this stuff and the smell is absolutely coconut!!!!

My sweat band was delivered last night and OMG!!! IT WORKS!!! I bought this sweat band paired with their coconut Sweet Sweat stick (which looks like a huge lip balm lol) which was said to make you sweat more. I did a heavy weighted session in my at-home gym and didn't feel like I was sweating that much because I didn't do cardio but when I took off the sweat band, I was drippppppppping in sweat! I genuinely couldn't believe it! I even had to wipe up sweat from the floor because it was falling off from my stomach like rain! In conclusion, I definitely recommend this and I am even going to buy one as a present for my partner!! :) Happy customer and pleasantly surprised.

I get better results out of using warming gel. It does make your skin soft but isn't as good of results as the product description states. A bit overpriced in my opinion to walk around smelling like a coconut. I wear a sweat band while doing cardio and get just as much sweat without this product as I do when wearing it. Also it melts! When applying the stick starts to drip from the product melting by your own body heat.

Paired with my Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer, this gel stick is my favorite. It's convenient, non-messy and great for sensitive skin. I've used this after having both my babies and it has helped with loose skin and stretch marks. Helping my skin tighten with my body as I head back to the gym. Definitely recommend to take your cardio up a notch and really sweat that extra weight off. I recommend staying very hydrated for best results!

Great product! Works great and helps me get a good sweat during every workout. I would recommend the unscented. The coconut one smells like popcorn
