HZL-LB5020 Computerized Sewing Machine

I’m very happy with my purchase of the Juki 5020. I saw a review and demonstration of this particular model on The Crafty Gemini by Vanessa Wilson. It is a sturdy, hard working machine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy an inexpensive, easy to use, basic stitching machine.

Sent it back immediately due to it being set up for American users not Australian citizens,money was refunded without delay

This machine is amazing!! It just sewed through 4 layers of lycra like butter. I'm so excited that I finally found a machine that I don't feel like tossing out the window. My other machine, I would have to make sure that I'm using the EXACT needle and thread for the fabric. A great price for a great machine!

Defective. Seller, Ken’s sewing and vac and Juki, manufacture does not cover freight charges. When paying to get your defective machine evaluated/repaired you have to insure machine and pay the extra fee. And pay the freight charges to get it back. This is just for starters. The form they send you to begin the process is preposterous. The machine in my opinion is trash!
