GeeekPiRaspberry Pi 4 Fan Heasink, Raspberry Pi Aluminum Heatsink Cooling Kit for Raspberry Pi 4B/3B/3B+ (B Plus)

Where does the thin copper heatsink get placed? I don’t see it in the pictures and there is no manual or instructions I could find.

Does fan run continuously or is it engaged only when cooling is needed?

Will this be compatible with the new Raspberry Pi 4?

Why are two pieces of thermal tape includes for the 3B+, when the directions say to choose either or?
