I'm confused about this product. does it have traacs® magnesium bisglycinate chelate? or just magnesium bisgylcinate? hopefully now foods can answer.

Ingredients: Magnesium (from 2,000 mg Magnesium Bisglycinate) (TRAACS®) 200 mg. Other Ingredients: Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Vegetarian Coating, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose and Silicon Dioxide.

Can someone tell me how large these pills are?

I would call them "medium". They are chalky but smooth, somewhat rounded on the edges, smaller than fish oil capsules, but bigger than tylenol, for instance. For me, they go down pretty easily, which is not true of some of my supplements.

Why is this $12 more than I paid for it a month ago?

I have an ordered it but to me it sounds like greed? I won't order another bottle for about a month. But if it's too expensive online check it out at your local organic grocery store or your local health food store it might be cheaper than Amazon?
