Gimme S'more! Spiral-bound – January 2, 2014

This is a great cook book. My granddaughter loves it. I liked it so much, I ordered one for myself. Makes a great gift.

My kids love to go camping and, of course, one of their favorite treats (and memories) is making s’mores by the campfire. So, over the winter, we’re enjoying the many s’more variations offered in Gimme S’more! at home. Some recipes are more involved (though still easy to make), and some are super quick and simple. For the fancier recipes, we’ve enjoyed the Gooey S’mores Pie, and the 7-Layer S’moreos. There are several brownie and blondie variations, too, that we’ve all liked as a hot-out-of-the-oven snack, with either ice cream or a cold glass of milk. The simpler recipes have been just as good, though, like the No-Bake Crunch Bars and the Uber Gourmet Hot Cocoa, which is my favorite, and looks really extravagant with lots of toppings and graham cracker crumbs on the rim of the mug. I think that idea would work really well for a hot cocoa bar, too.

I bought this cookbook as a gift for a friend of mine. It is great and fully of lots of tasty recipies. I cannot wait to try them.
