The bag itself is exactly what I was after. Heavy but not to heavy and at 4ft was perfect for me and my garden. The chain it coens with is good and holds the bag well whilst allowing movement.The problem I've had and resulted in the dropped star is the screws that come with the product are useless and nowhere near long enough. You can see that as soon as you take them out of the packet and as shown in the picture the bag is brining it away from the wall.It would also help if they told you the size drill bit you needed. I went with a 10mm which was a little tight for the plugs but that was a good thing however, still came out the wall.Good product but they need to rectify the screws as I'm not the first person this has happened to.

This bag is quite decent for value. If your looking for a bag that sways a little when you punch, this is the one as it's not lightweight in the sense it moves too much (or at least that's what I find).The one thing I will point out however is a flaw in the screws & plugs. The screw for the bottom bracket simply doesn't fit too well because of its length but luckily, the two at the top hols it pretty well that the bottom one can be used with a longer screw to reach the plug after slotting it though the frame support.

It is really easy to assemble and to put on a wall and it a really good product to use for whatever kicking or punching sports really good quality and it comes with a really cool key ring

Absolutely not good enough no chain hook is very weak can’t even hang it up as now do not have a chain so have to spend extra money for a chain not a good service if you have missing items!!!!
