We have shipped internationally, professionally since 1986. There are numerous times before Forever stamps and after where we have shipped using stamps that do NOT have the denomination ( "dollars and cents" ) on them. In the past there have been MANY "make up" stamps like the A series or, stamps that said 1st class or 2 ounce etc. They ALL HAVE AN ASCERTAINED VALUE! This week alone we have shipped to Mexico, Singapore, Sri Lanka etc using stamps like these. Respectfully Sven is either misinformed or guessing. Regardless, he us incorrect. These stamps are legal tender to ship on letters or packages to China from the U.S. or whatever destination you use the U.S.P.S. for. Besides my business use, I use non denomination stamps for personal correspondence to Australia and Canada.

It is all the same stamp ... "Forever" is the 'price', which should technically always be striked through on any images or depictions of stamps to avoid confusion with actual stamps. This reinforces the idea that you can't just print the image and put it on an envelope. So they are showing you an image of the real stamps, but in that image they are (as they should) adding a strike-through.Same idea as pictures of money with "specimen" or checks with "void" watermarks.

What are the Scott numbers as there were 4 different types of booklet stamps?

I do not know; they were sent directly to the prison. As I noted in my review, I don't even know if they were used. I hope someone fished them out of the trash and took them home rather than their being wasted. mb
