Finally found a mag loader that fits and works
After several attempts at finding a mag loader that fit and worked with new M&P Shield Plus, this was the one!

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
This is a great tool, and I definitely recommend it, but there are some caveats:I purchased this for a Sig Sauer P365XL. I had several brand new magazines and this would not work! After several youtube searches to find a video that really explained how the device works I determined that the new magazines were to blame. The springs were simply to stiff so I found a thin blunt device I could use to press down on the middle of a cartridge (the handle of a letter opener) that complimented the enormous amount of pressure the speed loader allows to be exerted on the back of the cartridges. Once I figured out the process I was able to load 4 out of 5 new magazines with relative ease. The fifth magazine would not allow more than three rounds despite all the mechanical leverage the speed loader helps with so I ended up disassembling the magazine, resolved whatever manufacturing issue was related to the spring being incorrectly installed, and then was able to successfully load the 5th magazine to capacity. Then I figured "Welp I have another gun, Springfield Armory XDS9, and by their very nature 9mm magazine must be reasonably similar so why not try the speed loader on them?" I grabbed several magazines that are well used (and double stack to boot) and the speed loader worked as well as it does in the most complimentary manufacturer videos which means I expect that after the new P365 magazines get a bit more worn I won't need a special process to load them anymore. :-) No, the fit on the XDS9 mags wasn't as perfect but it didn't matter. In the end this is a great tool that makes loading magazines a much simpler process and eliminates thumb pain.

Hmmm
Nice solid plastic.Comfortable to use.A little tricky to get the hang of at first but after the short learning curve they make reloading the magazine easy.I don't understand the high cost for a piece of plastic though.

Thumb saver for sure!
Definitely worth it. When I started loading the ammo without makers mark my thumb would be in so much pain and it took sooooo long. Now you can load this so fast and not have any problems. A must have!!!

Easy to use, something I should have done years ago
Simple little but very practical gadget

Keep trying… it takes patience but well worth it.
The Sig Sauer P365X magazine is one VERY difficult magazine the load a full ten rounds. Arnold Schwarzenegger could use it as a workout exercise. The “You Tube” video “MakerShot Magazine Speed Loader for Sig Sauer P365X magazine” was a big help for me. It took me a few attempts to “semi-master” this device but it is well worth the investment.

Works
Works, but you need a video to figure out the Propper way to use it. You have to lift "way up" after inserting the cartridge and then push it the rest of the way

Does it's job.
This speedloader works. Nothing else to say, some of my newer magazines require a bit of strength or play to get the last round in. This makes it trivial. Used with GLK and RUGER magazines mainly.

Works just fine and as advertised.
Works as advertised on my SINGLE STACK C9 and 995TS HP mags. This SpeedLoader only works with Single stack mags!!!Does not work with my 380 Double Stack mags . . . . not wide enough.I have another version of this speed loader for my 380.DEFINITELY makes it way easier to load mags . . . .IF PEOPLE FOLLOW THE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS on the bag.EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!
