I was hoping to find the roasted granules in Organic, but they only had the non-organic that was pre-roasted. So I got these and just roasted them myself, and it tastes just like the roasted ones. My son LOVES drinking this as his "coffee". I love that he can have a "treat" for him that can also be healthy and detoxing.

This is my first time trying dandelion. It takes a little more effort to make as you have to boil water, add dandelion, then let simmer for 15-20mins. Then it says to strain the dandelion out but I just leave it in and after a few hours the dandelion plumps up with water and I very much enjoying eating the dandelion. If you put in more than 2tbls with 8oz of water the flavor is super strong and not very tasty but I have since learned to make with a smaller amount and then I can enjoy it. I also hope to enjoy all the benefits that they say dandelion is good for. Seems like a quality product but I have nothing to compare it to. I am enjoying it when I make it and would purchase again.

I frequently use this to make a decoction (20-40min, depending on what else is added) for a morning drink. I love it with a bit of salted butter blended in, but it's good with some coconut butter too. The flavor is satisfyingly bitter, and full-bodied. I prefer it to coffee. It's good if you use it with some reishi slices too (40min) or a cinnamon stick (20min is plenty strong) to mix it up. But I like it on it's own the best. I've tried roasted and unroasted, but I prefer unroasted. Seems to be great quality to me. Smells earthy and slightly sweet on opening. Rich flavor when roasted. Nothing but roots in every bag I've gone through. Organic certification sticker where it shoud be.
