Top of the range router / managed switch
This is an enterprise grade router I bought it to better manage my home network. I added my existing wifi router as a dump wireless bridge and setup this one as the primary. It gets a few MB more bandwidth than my previous. The interfaces are minimum but packed with features. Firewall, multiple subnets, QoS etc. It’s got the lot.

Draytek, geek paradice
I have used Draytek routers for now a 3rd generation from ADSL through to FTTP (WAN). If you are a geek who understands the various IT technologies and understand how you could benefit from the features offered by this brand, this is the kit for you.

Great Router for a FTTP connection
This is a full of Draytek's usual rich features with the horsepower to support gigabit connections. Personally, I use one of these with a symmetrical gigabit connection alongside a VDSL 75Mb broadband connection in parallel and this supports the full bandwidth of both without issue. The only weakpoint on Draytek's is the WiFi capabilities which whilst feature rich, does not have the range of other WiFi products. Easily solved by plugging it a better WiFi solution into one of its ethernet ports.

Fully configurable router + gigabit switch
DrayTek DSL routers are much more configurable than regular SOHO routers, with pretty much every option you could want buried somewhere in the menus. For a long time they were stuck on fast ethernet ports, but they finally upgraded to gigabit, so small networks don't need a separate switch to get good local transfer speed.
