Little Tikes T-Rex Truck, Large

This was a great purchase for a 3 year old boy. Reviews were spotty, but I’m completely pleased with this. Assembly took a little time, but it is sturdy when fully assembled. It has a true wow factor, and was the hit of the birthday party. I would absolutely purchase again.

We are surprised! Little Tikes usually builds quality toys. Within a week, the steering wheel broke due to flimsy engineering. Two weeks after that, one of the dino legs snapped off. Now, today, the front left wheel housing on the frame broke through and it's useless. The return window closed a week ago. Our kids play with outdoor equipment constantly, and we have had no problems with other products.....If you have boys, beware. The dino on the front is not secured by anything other than a pivot axle with no ground support...Boys want to naturally ride and climb on the dino as well as drive the truck. This put enough pressure on the front end that we ended up with a broken rig. A bit of buyer beware, because I should have seen the design flaw. It's cool to look at, but boys who love dinos would not be suited to play with it.

Lots of parts to assemble

Very cute but it is large and the arms keep popping out. My grandson loves it. Well made.

I ordered this a few days ago and it got here super fast! It's exactly what I had wanted and perfect for a 2 year old. Some assembly required, but it wasn't too bad. Make sure to take the plastic thing out of the battery compartment. Very happy with this purchase and seller!

Assembly is an absolute nightmare. I had to make up my own holes in a couple spots based on vague outlines of where they should be, which resulted in cracking. This wasn't helped by the fact that the screws I was given don't match up with the sizes listed in the instruction manual. The rear axle is larger than the diameter of the holes in the truck body, so you have to brute strength it on. And it's too short to actually fit both wheels onto it once you've somehow managed to get it through. We had to saw the rear axle brushing in half to make it fit. Inside is not cut well at all - multiple pieces got hung up inside the truck and had to be shoved through. I got cut on multiple pieces of plastic. Hoping I didn't get any slivers. The steering wheel O ring isn't actually attached to the truck. It's thrown in with the "small parts," and you're apparently just supposed to know exactly when to put it in. And without that piece in there, the steering wheel just kind of pops off if you tug it. It also doesn't actually come with a bottom, like is advertised. So it will NOT work as a wagon/ride toy, only a foot powered one. The only redeeming value is that it's cute.

I bought two of these for my twin grandson's 2nd birthday. They are freaking awesome! They absolutely loved them. As mentioned before in other reviews, no they don't come with a floorboard. Assembly was fairly easy, all you need is a hammer and a screwdriver, watching the installation video on YouTube helps. No missing parts, actually they give you some spare washers and fasteners. The biggest pain was getting the steering wheel snapped in properly. Had a blast pulling the two little guys around in their dino-trucks with them honking the horn that also makes dinosaur noises.

This car is great. I have no complaints. I was trying to decide between this car and the traditional little tikes red car for my sons first birthday since all my other children have always received the red car on their first birthday. I decided to go with this one because it just looked so awesome. All the kids have enjoyed playing with and it looks so cool.

Mine had all the parts. No scratches. Looks great. Moves well. Takes some time to put together, but stay with it. Recommend reading instructions straight through before starting (ie. which caps are which is a bit confusing). Enjoy!

Was disappointed to find parts missing after £120 not really fair I had 4 red caps missing and the bits to assemble the steering wheel I didn’t have time to ask for replacement as it’s my sons birthday present for today and I didn’t no the bits was missing till it was opened yesterday not very good to send a self assemble car with mane parts missing

My grandson loved it, however I wish that it had the foot tray like other ones as he is too little to push it himself and the foot rest would make us feel more secure pushing him in it.
