Libro usato ma era come nuovo. Lo consiglio a chiunque si voglia avvicinare un modo piu serio allo yoga. Non puo mancare nella libreria di uno yogi

El libro es muy bonito y en si es para 5 estrellas. La razon por la que baje 2 estrellas es porque el libro llego maltratado de las orillas. Incluye muchas posturas aunque me parecio extraño es que no incluye algunas posturas como urdhva mukha svanasana, utkatasana, parivrtta parsvakonasana, parivrtta trikonasana. Estas posturas tampoco se invluyen en ediciones anteriores
