Delicious Cereal
Cereal in these cups is the right amount for an average adult. I like this cereal but unfortunately I am allergic to strawberries. I gave my uneaten cups to a family member who was excited I am allergic to strawberries.

Special K Red Besties For Life <3
I definitely struggle with not eating cake for every meal and unless something is pre-portioned, odds are that I will not choose the proper portion for consumption. The one food that I will actually seek out over a dessert and use sucessfully as a meal replacement is Special K Red Berries. Typically they cost between $2.00 and $4.00 at the local supermarket individually so this is really saving me. Having 24 on hand at any given moment also helps avert the occasional diet meltdown.Let me try to describe to you how my mind processes this cereal... "Hmmn, cereal. Not cake. Probably terrible. I guess I'll try it... Wait... What is this? Is this a crunchy delicious spoonful of love with hints of vanilla and malt, wrought by tiny angels scouring strawberry fields and magically assembled by unicorns dancing around a May pole? It Is? Oh my God this is the greatest tasting food I have ever eaten at 250 calories and I will never, ever, ever eat cake again!"In all seriousness, Special K Red Berries has so much going for it - this is easily the unsung hero of all cereals. It has the perfect texture, flavor, crunch and smoothness. The to-go container makes it SO EASY to just eat the right amount of food and then go about your day. This can be a meal or it can be the substitute for a really bad food choice you are about to make at 3 am. For me personally, I find that I literally feel good after eating this - like I could get up and run or go jump on a trampoline or climb a mountain. The best part about this cereal is that my husband loves it too and when we are both trying to eat healthier he will ask me in the morning if I will have Special K Red Besties with him. Oh my God. Special K Red Besties. Move over pancakes and waffles, there is a new breakfast on the block and it is wicked, wicked delicious, and adorable.

Easy, peasy for snacking - and perfect when traveling!
Honestly, I love these little convenient packages for snacks or when traveling, esp when I know I will get in late and I don't want something heavy. My package arrived in perfect shape, cereal is fresh. Overall, having these on hands gives me a better opportunity for healthy meals at a better price than eating junk food on the road or just snacking on junk when I am bored. Win-win for me.

Almost Perfect
I really enjoy this cereal. Plenty comes in each cup. My only suggestion is for the manufacturer to include a little more strawberry, in each cup. As it is, you get two or three medium pieces of strawberry, per cup of flakes. Aside from this, it's a lovely snack or breakfast. Very convenient.

Yummy and healthy
Light crisp and sweet flakes, with very large pieces of crispy tangy strawberries. Large portion, I use soy milk on them and it will hold the entire 8 oz single serve box of soy milk. They do get soggy if you let them sit though, so eat immediately after pouring the milk. These do have carbs but not as bad as the 'kids' cereals and this does have fiber and several nutrients. They fill you up very well. They also work well as a dry snack right out of the bowl, good for long car rides or hikes. The berries are a lot more tart when dry though. Also the berries seem to go 'stale' more quickly than the flakes if you let them sit without the lid on for very long. If you use soy, rice or regular milk you don't need to add sugar, but in my opinion, if you use almond milk you may want a little sugar or honey.
