These work great. My workplace does a yearly free biometrics screening. The first year I did it my results came back with borderline high cholesterol. My mom told me that's common on her side of the family but recommended I start taking these to help improve my good cholesterol levels, and lo and behold it did. The next year they offered the screening I was back in the healthy range for cholesterol :)Also, these don't have a fishy aftertaste so that's a bonus.

I have used this product for quite a while and have been satisfied with it. However, I recently opened a bottle I received in December, forgetting that I had an extra in the fridge. Some of the softgels were broken and the oil coated all the caps.too late to return them. Lot of money to throw away.
