6 Pack of English Pink Lavender Rosea Plug Plants

I bought blind, not that I am blind, but I bought on face value of the first picture on Amazon for these plug plants. I not scene pink lavender before only the English and French purple. So not really knowing what a plug was except for my bath or my kitchen sink I went ahead without knowing what I was buying. It quite amazing what you can buy these days online. The package arrive by Royal Mail in a plastic wallet. I kind of thought I can't remember buy jewelry but I opened it with an immediate smell of Lavender so I got a hunt what it was I bought. I look them over and I felt they were a little dry so I sprayed them all with water. I was not quite ready for them. So after spraying them with water I tied the plastic wallet together and put them in the fridge. I not sure I supposed to that but I felt it was needed as I did not want them to start germinating. I not green figured enough or expert and I probably should online but I went with my gut and feeling. After about a week and I had spare time I got a pot and some compost and some clay pebbles and set about planting all six plugs in the same pot. It was a bit of a squeeze. But I decided to put them under a spot light just an ordinary common household bulb. Energy saving of course and the plugs are now starting to grow. The smell is wonderful the plugs look of good quality, strong and healthy. I think this is a great way to start growing Lavender. It fantastic and the price is good for what you get. It absolutely astoundingly wonderful. I hope to buy more like this and have different varieties and colour along the back wall with a few smaller varieties at the front. Lavender is great for the bees and butterflies as well as good for those smaller creatures who like the undergrowth or so I been told.

As others have said to small to survive and already half dead on arrival. Not worth buying as no matter you do they die.

Arrived safe and in good condition. Packaged well so that they didn’t dry out or get mouldy (had a little air vent to keep them in good condition). Nice and green, no dead ones. Just need to see how good they are to grow. Good instructions.

Hurrah. The plug plants look really healthy after a 3 day journey with Royal Mail.My main concern was that the plug plants were going to sweat or rot in the plastic folder containing the 6 plants in the hot weather of May 2025, but very pleased that they survived.

Arrived well packaged, clearly labelled (I bought 2 varieties) and in good healthy looking condition. Plug plants have around 1 inch square of soil/roots which arrived damp and in good condition. A little drink of water and a few hours on the windowsill and they are ready to plant out! Hoping they grow in well. So far very good for the price and am pleased with them.
