It arrived without the metal splints. I contacted the company, but they said Amazon fulfilled it, so they did not have to send the splints. Since I have been in so much pain, I decided to use it as is. The pain decreased on day two of using the brace. Both braces in the package seem well made, and the velcro is strong. I do not need to have my elbow fixed straight. Without the metal splints, the brace lets you bend your elbow a bit if you put pressure, but the elbow will stay pretty straight while sleeping. I recommend using nylon or soft material between the brace and your skin.

The metal bar ripped through the fabric after a couple of weeks.

First week of use it fell apart metal part came out because the string were poorly stitched in .And the rest was also coming apart .

Great value for a great product. I have tried a few and this seems to be the best to sleep with per doctor’s orders. Would recommend.
