coatings come off somewhat after repeated use. need to maintain properly or i suspect might rust. price is on the higher side with respect to quality. but cuts through well enough; especially the tip is precise

HSS drill bits are marvellous. Addition of 12 mm# drill bits will be more beneficial. Concrete drill bits need some improvement as these take much time in dense concrete.
