Nice biscuits
Bought for someone else as they said they could not find these around. She loves them and I think they are good too.

Worth Seeking Out
Finding these after so many years helped bring to life sentimental memories. I've liked them since childhood as my grandfather introduced them to me and they were his favourite. I hadn't seen them in stores for many, many years, so presumed they were discontinued. I was elated to find them on Amazon recently. I bought them, not just because I remember them tasting good, but because of the memories attached to them. Having said that, I would like to see Jacobs put these back on supermarket shelves, for they really are great.

Great Biscuits, but Poor Packaging
I am going to be fair, because this is a product review, but the packaging needs mentioning, and so the star rating has been adjusted. As a product, this is superb, I have loved Lincoln biscuits since I was a child, and you used to be able to easily buy them in the supermarkets when they were McVities, now the only way to get these is online. The biscuits still taste wonderful, and as far as Lincoln biscuits go, the price of these was good. From a product point of view, the biscuits would get five stars. The best before date could have been better, but it still had a couple of months on it. However, these were delivered with minimal packaging and there were several broken biscuits, some severely broken in each packet, and at over £2 a packet I wouldn't have expected this. For packaging, the rating is only three stars. I will try these again and see if the packaging is better next time though, as for a small quantity, the price is reasonable when compared to other sellers.

Taste not quite right, but at least the variety has survived
No longer available in local shops, and made in Ireland. These are palatable, but no longer use the original recipe. Good to find a plain biscuit - many varieties have disappeared - and for that at least I'm grateful.

Disappointingly not as I remember.
I’ve been wishing for these biscuits for years and years, I remember they were my favourite ‘nobbly biscuits’ as a child in the 1950s/60s. Originally manufactured by McVities, they are now made by Jacobs. I really don’t think they are using the original recipe, perhaps due to more recent guidelines on the reduction of fat, salt and sugar. The vanilla flavour is overwhelming, I’m guessing to compensate for the reduction in the richer and tastier ingredients! They are thinner, bigger and more brittle than before, and when dunked in a nice cup of tea they disappointingly don’t absorb the liquid enough. Not at all a satisfying experience overall. There are still a few biscuits around whose manufacturers appear to have ignored these guidelines, as they actually taste the way biscuits should, but sadly these Jacobs Lincolns are not such an example.
