I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too. No, it's not steroids, and it won't have as dramatic an effect as that. But it does boost testosterone levels, and that is a fact.I was skeptical.
