The oven is great . Really nice lock and quality . But keep in mind you need 3 Phase Connection which especially in older villas in Dubai you might not have that in place . We had to bring in the electrician to install new cables to achieve that in our villa . That was quite expensive. How ever , the oven is really good .

I bought it online and was excited about it but in less than one week one of the cooking heads stopped working. The oven door doesn't close properly when it is on. I tried to get amazon or the seller come and repair that but only returns were possible. So I am retuning it although I loved initially. I think there was a problem in the unit from the start. Next time I will not buy large appliances from online sources. Better to see the unit before committing.

Great oven but the cooker control knobs are very flimsy and cheap. One twisted off really easily and can’t be put back on properly. I want to get it fixed but I have to send the whole oven back which will take 14-18 days. Not really ideal.

Bosch Series 8 should be a higher end product and it commands that price tag. This unit is made in Turkey (not Germany) and it also feels very cheap in its build quality. It works as described but if I had known this before committing to purchase, I would not have proceeded. It also came with 'free installation' but this was an additional service from Amazon which does not cover my area, therefore I would not recommend this product.

I moved to a new building, that unfortunately didnt have a gas connection, therefore needed an electric stove on urgent basis. I was sure i wanted bosch but was also a bit afraid of investing so much given my use wasnt longterm. Now, after having used it for about one year, i feel i would pay double if needed, anytime of the day for this. Amazing product, perfect for daily use. Easy to clean, easy to use, excellent storage space and an amazing oven. it has it all, literally.

Its a nice stove but requires special instillation which requires more waiting plus possible charges … so returned it never used …. The return process is so annoying as workers to pick it up wont touch it if it’s partially plugged… so i had to get someone to unplug it after two visits with unsuccessful return and a call to customer service …. Third’s visit they finally took it and i have to wait for 5-7 business days to get my refund … almost two weeks of hardship and im still waiting for my refund.. pray for me to get it soon

Nice cooker moved from gas to electrical and this is almost just as strong
