I bought this item as a replacement for a worn out shop sink faucet. The product is performing great. The only issue I had was that I needed to buy the accessories pieces for my installation. This slowed me down as I had to order the accessories and wait for them to come in before I could complete the install. I would have preferred to pay a little more for the product and have all the pieces I needed to complete the install the first time.

Their customer service is stellar! We had a problem with the faucet leaking after 1 year. Their customer service directed us to where to buy the replacement, and then refunded us all the money after we purchased it. We are extremely happy with this companies service. and product. We couldn't not find a kitchen sink faucet that was wall mounted, but this company had it!

It's a good faucet. It started leaking, we thought we had fixed it but it wouldn't stop. I contacted the seller, they told us what parts we needed and reimbursed us for them. Now the faucet runs without any problems

This faucet was fine for a few months but then started leaking where the spout connects. Tried to contact seller but haven’t heard back. Too bad since I liked the faucet if they would replace it due to its defective spout, I would give it a much higher rating.

I had issues at first with this working on our sink. I had to get the extended connectors and the 90 degree elbow that was described in the instructions. The seller was extremely helpful with sending me a video on how to properly install everything when I contacted them with trouble. I’m happy to say that, with their help, I was able to get the sink installed with this faucet and no leaks. It does take a lot of thread tape!!!! 5 stars for the response of the seller.

The media could not be loaded. This faucet pairs perfectly with our Eridanus 21 inch utility farmhouse sink. Love the rotating faucet head. We’ve had no issues with leaking and it gets used daily.

After installing the faucet then mounting the sink to the wall. I then hooked up the water lines and tried it. The cold water side works fine but the hot water knob works backwards. You have to turn it in or clockwise to turn it on and out or counterclockwise to shut it off. It's a great deal of work to remove the water lines then remove the sink from the wall and then change out the faucet for a replacement. So I am going to live with it backwards. Very frustrating, if you buy one of these check the knobs first to be sure they work properly.
