I'm not sure what size the length of your stick is. So check it and then check the measurements listed on description. If it's not the correct size then send it back to the seller for the correct size and mention what you asked before. It should not be different sizes unless you don't have a stick that breaks down and goes back together. Some of the cheaper ones do not so they typically will not work in these cases. You might want to check to see what type stick you have and if you are able to break it down. They usually break less and will last you longer. Depends on how much you play and are wanting to invest in pool playing.
