I bought 2 of these kitchen knives. What I like about it the most is that it is very sharp and usable on all kinds of foods, and supports all kitchen needs.

Acheté en tailles S et M; ils sont très affûtés et coupent donc à la perfection. Gare aux mains et doigts maladroits ! J'ai été juste déçue du fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'étui pour les ranger mais simplement un bout de plastique pour la pointe.

I bought this as a general purpose knife for everyday jobs rather than anything fancy, and it has turned out to be the knife I keep reaching for. I do a fair bit of cooking for family, and this size is ideal for slicing fruit, trimming vegetables, and slicing cheese and cooked meats without dragging out a big chef’s knife. The blade feels really sharp straight out of the box and holds its edge well with normal use. It cuts cleanly which is what you want when your hands are not as strong as they once were, like mine. The handle is comfortable and secure, even when your hands are slightly damp, and the balance feels reassuring rather than flimsy. What I like most is the cost and brand - it is fantastic value. It is easy to control, easy to clean, and tough enough not to feel precious. It lives in our drawer and gets used daily for packed lunches, dinner preps. If you want a sensible, well made utility knife that does exactly what it should without fuss, this is a very good choice. I would happily recommend it for a busy family kitchen or anyone who just wants a reliable knife they can trust.

It's really sharp and just the right size.
