Excellent well-made bit of kit at a reasonable price make the job easy cleaning windows

A nice kit for cleaning hard to reach windows. The pole has 4 attachable parts, and it comes with a spare soft cloth cleaner and squeegee. Very easy to put together and take apart, although we are just leaving it fully assembled. Dropped a star as the squeegee can slide out of the head socket. It's easy to put back in, but needs to be a bit more secure, maybe with a plastic screw.

Really pleased with the extendable window cleaner. Read the instructions, fitted together easily, good design, nice and light to use. Ideal for our conservatory roof.

Well made product, lightweigt and easy to use. My 1 big problem is that this product was advertised as ideal for upper windows with no need for ladders. Very misleading. From ground level i could not even reach my windows nevermind clean them. Such a shame as overall the product was very good quality

Overall, the quality is good, especially the handles, and it’s a space-saver. However the squeegee is not very effective at cleaning windows. There’s a piece of metal sticking out that can easily damage glass if you are not careful while using which makes the process slower.

Received this the very next day and I must say I was not disappointed, this is an excellent product. It’s easy to assemble, sturdy and well made. It comes with an extra squeegee blade and fabric window washer. I tried it out immediately on my static van windows and it cleaned them to perfection! Really impressed! I know there were some negative reviews about the length of the pole, yes I can see it wouldn’t reach the upper floors of a house, but it is perfect for the downstairs windows or windows that are, in my case, above head height. Would highly recommend.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this as the material of the duster cloth looked better quality than the others, the pole also appeared to look like a stronger material than the others window cleaning kits advertised. I received my item less than 30 minutes ago, and two of the parts are rusting. Paying almost £20 for a new item to find the metal already rusted is not good. Quality: Poles arrived rusty Looks good: Look ok apart from its rusty

Pole is solid and seems sturdy and it washes well enough, however the squeegee is in my opinion not fit for purpose. Tried it on my windows today and as I moved towards the bottom of each window it actually scrapes off the glass. Yes, I've tried it both sides and I get the same result. There just doesn't seem to be enough surface area on the rubber, I would be genuinely concerned it could actually damage the surface of window glass.
