STABILOFineliner point 88 - ARTY - Rollerset of 25 - Assorted colours

This set looks expensive for a set of colour pens. However, these aren’t the type of pens you would buy for the kids to do drawing and colouring in. That would totally be the wrong market for them. These are more aimed at the professional who needs ultra-fine line drawing ability or write in a very fine print. Stabilo is quite a big name in the industry, and you will probably have come across them before.The pens come in a nice storage roll. This allows for easy transportation while still keeping easy access to all the colours. The pack I received had a total of 25 pens in a good range of colours and shades.There are two common problems with this type of fine tip pens. As there is no ball on the tip, pens like these can write and draw with a scratchy feel. These pens don’t have that problem and glide easily over the paper. The other common problem is that they dry out too easily. While I would always recommend replacing the pen’s cap between uses, I did try leaving one of the caps off overnight, and it still worked fine the following morning.Overall, quality fine pens at an okay price. This set of Fineliner - STABILO point 88 ARTY Rollerset of 25 Assorted Colours is wrapped in plastic with a STABILO sticker, probably not the best presentation if purchasing as a gift.The roll itself looks much better out of the wrap, there is a thick red elastic strap with Velcro fastener to keep it all rolled together.The pens slot in nicely and each one has a lid which accurately represents the ink colour. The nibs as advertised are fine and good for writing or smaller intricate work, they also sketch well and if filling shapes in you get full coverage.There is a small zipper pocket for any accessories you wish to carry which the elastic strap will fit around fine as there’s plenty of stretch in it.A great set of pens, excellent quality and a very nice roll to keep them in. More than happy to recommend.

These are nice and fine at 0.4mm which is ruler / edge friendy as the tip is metal sleeved. There are 20 colours in a range of pure and hues, plus a further 5 that are fluorescent colours. UV on them glows very well indeed. The pens themself are hexagonal shaped and are comfortable to hold. The cap typically can engage with the top end and remain there until moved to reseal the pen. I was amazed by the claim these can withstand the cap being off for a long time. I tried all 25 off for an hour and all wrote perfectly. 25 colour in a lovelly roll pack with a nice geodetic artist design and mesh roll pack. Secured with velcro loop. Each pen has an elastic sewn loop and the bottom is a sewn fold organising the roll into 8 , 8 and 9 pens. I am very pleased with these and happy to recommend, Andrew

Another quality product from stabilo. Comes in a cellophane wrapper. You get 25 finliner pens that's neatly contained in a rolling storage case. Each pen has it's own slot to sit with elastic keeping it in its place securely. Each pen is of a different colour, no 2 are the same. Bold and vibrant colours that all show up well. They feel nice to hold, sitting comfortably between your fingers. The nibs are 0.4mm and create a neat fine line on paper, which doesnt bleed out or go through the paper. Smooth to write with. The lids are easy to remove and click back on to ensure they dont dry out. Excellent quality. Really pleased with them.

These are really nice to write with- the ink flows nicely. There are perfect for writing or for fine line drawing and have made practising spelling more fun for our son. However the nibs are fragile so care with younger children is needed. The roll up case is useful to store them in, and has a tiny zip pocket at one end for eg rulers.As we have used for drawing as well as writing we have missed having a proper brown to be able to use, so would probably change the balance of colours given a little, and perhaps have added a second black too as I can see that running out before the others.I'm not a fan of the hexagon shape and would prefer a rounded pen but Stabilo is well known for this shape.

These are really nice pens. My daughter has got heavily into bullet journalling, and these are absolutely ideal. They are fineliners - so you get a thin but very even line. They don't smudge or blur, and you get a good range of colours. The roll to keep them all in is a good idea and everything about these pens is nice. I've nicked a few from her to use myself and told her that they must be somewhere in her bedroom. I am a bad role model.But these are very good pens

The Fineliner - STABILO point 88 ARTY Rollerset of 25 Assorted Colours pack arrives in a nice holder to keep all the fineliner pens in. They are good to hold and stay nicely in the hand when being used. I like the way they handle and the depth of colour that these write with. They are fine point so not for broad stroke work. I like them and came up with the simple drawing shown here, which I manipulated through computer software after coming up with the drawing and thought the results are what I was epecting. Nice results and you get a good amount of pens for the money paid out.

Stabilo pens were always my favourite, even when I was young. I was too excited and happy when I saw a set like this on Amazon. My daughters love stabilo pens like I love them. Writing with these pens are so easy and nice. Beautiful colours make me happy. I just love writing, taking notes and these pens are great for it. We use these pens with my whole family, my daughters took 2-3 colours for themselves.The package also contains some neon colours, my middle daughter loves neon colours. She wanted them all.I would recommend this great quality amazing pens to everyone.
