It works, and it tastes great. You mix two scoops in the liquid of your choice, add whatever you want as a mixer, and you have a filling meal. I use chocolate almond milk and frozen fruit. I have also used peanut butter, fresh fruit, yogurt, and fat-free pudding. You can even use veggies. In cold months, I use hot chocolate.

They are tasty. A bit pricey compared to similar products. If you are wanting to watch daily calorie intake, you may want to take an alternative route. Overall a decent meal substitute.

This is my favorite protein powder on the market and I've tried tons of brands. I've been drinking Visalus protein shakes for over a decade. The taste is OUT OF THIS WORLD...the sweet cream is like birthday cake and it's filling. You can't get a tastier protein powder and the texture is so perfect. I will always buy this protein powder I haven't had anything come close to how well it emulsifies into my shakes. I also dip apple slices in this powder and BOOM POW...OMG it's so good. no pics avail because I put the powder in a container for safe/quality storage. The Visalus sweet cream protein powder is easy to use, I'm sure there's recipes out there for baking with it as well. I use it in shakes and on apples and call it a day.

The best meal replacement shake out there! Tastes great! And mixes really well, not grainy at all. I like to add cinnamon for a sugar cookie taste, or add yo my coffee instead of creamer. Two scoops is very filling.

I started using this product like a decade ago and I had good results so I figured I would try again. I have been stuck after losing 30lbs pretty easily through diet and exercise I needed something to get me over the hump so I'm hoping this will do it again like in the past. The flavor is still good, but it seems like it's a lot less product for the price. I could be remembering wrong, but it seems like I use to get a lot more for the money plus flavor packets so I'm not sure how long I can afford it doing 2 shakes a day. I know it worked in the past so I'm hopeful and will update in a month or so to let you know if it still delivers.Update: 6 months later. I still love the ease of the shakes and it still gets the job done with helping me drop lbs even at 48. I do a lot of juicing these days and I mix different things with my shake to keep it from getting boring. I call one a PB&J. I use a spoon of PB and a handful of raspberries with my regular shake and it is so good for a sweet dessert healthy option. Of course, every time you add things it adds calories but I find it helps keep me on my diet. A Banana in the regular shake or banana extract to keep calories down really adds to the flavor. I do a regular shake a day and then I mix up my second. Down 50lbs and not far from my goal. I was trying to not eat fruit, but I feel so much better when I do. Just throwing in some berries to the sake really brings it to life. Don't be afraid to experiment with your shakes. You are drinking a diet shake so adding a little flavor could be what helps you stay on your diet.

This is a great product. It makes an awesome smoothie and takes the edge off your hunger for a good while. There is no after taste or chalky residue.
