Gotham Steel Hammered Copper 12 Inch Nonstick Skillet, Aluminum, Induction Compatible, Easy Release, Even Heat Distribution

This product is great, no sticking, but needs to come with a lid. I hate that I have to buy a separate lid.

Have had a great experience with "copper" cookware and this pan doesn't disappoint. Would buy again!

I have many frying pans. Mostly analon non-stick. But I bought this copper pan because I needed an 12 inch fry pan. Well this pan beats out my expensive fry pans by miles. Nothing sticks to it. It does what other pans do and better. Eventually I bought another copper pan and another. I don't even like my other fry pans anymore.

I have ended up with quite a collection of Gotham Steel pots and pans. I really enjoy using them. They are great nonstick cookware. The only issue I have had is that they do tend to scratch slightly when I stack them in my pantry.

Love this skillet. So pretty to hang on the wall and so easy to clean. The handles don’t get hot either.

This is our second one. We use it all the time

We use it to cook mung bean pancakes. Use medium low setting, and even with a slight coating of oil, it's a disaster. We've tried it with oil, without oil, lower heat, and it just sticks like crazy. We have a smaller JeeTee skillet and we tried it tonight and it works like a dream. So we'll be buying a bigger size JeeTee. We missed the return window because when I looked at the actual return 'policy' it didn't seem like we'd be getting anything back, since it would be returned 'used.' This is why we try to buy everything at WalMart. Their return policy is fantastic, for the most part.
