Lower dose is perfect for me.
Definitely a change in how I feel. My research was correct. You should only take a low dose like this one. The higher dose made me feel strange. My libido came back at age 70. So I am sure it will help lower my cholesterol. I'll know when I get my lab test, and I'll do another review. Some of my meds causes me to be dizzy and off balance, this vitamin got rid if that for me.
