no info with pump does not come with unloader vale and does not tell which it uses

I bought this pump to replace a general pump t9281 ...
I bought this pump to replace a general pump t9281 in a graco pressure washer, I have to do some adjustment, including changing the pulley, this pump has to work apparently at the maximum rpm to built 4000 psi.
