This stuff was just what I needed for quick and dirty mold making. I will say, for anyone who has never worked with this stuff before, it breaks apart once it has set so you need to fill this with whatever youre making your positive cast out of. Since it holds a LOT of water too, it does tent to stay wet , at least it did for me. Mixing it was super easy though, you can basically eyeball it, and it sets in minutes. SO grateful to not waste days waiting for silicone molds to cure before being able to get a cast. Sped up the process quite nicely and really worked for my needs.

I’ve worked with a few different brands of products, and this by far is the easiest and quickest to work with. I purchased both the mold and casting medium, and from start to finish it was perfect! The detail alone was insane! Will definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone else who uses these type materials in their work! Also I got a lot more than I was expecting for the price I paid, most stuff like this comes prepackaged with both and can range from $25 to $35 and you will be lucky to get enough for one project if it goes seamlessly.

I have used a variety of casting products over the years and this one to put it bluntly is inferior. Even when gently and carefully mixed there is a clumping when drying. A consistent thickness needs to be maintained for a great mold. Definitely won’t purchase again.

I made a stepping stone for the first time and it couldn't be easier. Clear directions and a great product afterwards.

Good stuff and kinda fun . Use good city water or distilled but never well water. Temperature is critical! Can be expensive for large projects considering it's only a one time use. A big plus it that whts not mixed can be saved indefinitely in the heavy resealable bag.

I would def buy this again. Made a hand mould for a project and it was great. Very large bag so if you mess up the first time there is a lot to do it better the second or third time

Turned out much more detailed than I thought and was very fun to make.

Bon matériel

The mold mix didn't work for me. Using the measurements provided I could not get the mold to harden. it stayed a rubbery texture and It had a horrible odour. We didn't end up using the product after several attempts.

tried using bottled water as the bag suggests, mixed it together but just got a soupy liquid with alot of chunks
