It does the job well and it’s comfortable to use It retains the cold for a long time.

Very good quality. Holds the temperature for a good amount of time.

I bought the shoulder brace and added this ice pack. It is easy to insert when you are wearing the brace, although it slides around a bit. I think the brace is a little big, I’m a female with small shoulders. So that may be the issue.

The icepack works great and is long lasting when used in a shoulder brace that has the pocket for it. Great quality, and should last for years!It wont work well if you do like i did, and let it fall out of your brace in a parking lot and let it get run over though ;) Seriously, when its been in use for a couple hours, pull it out and swap with a fresh one or just put it back in the freezer before it gets too floppy and falls out on its own.

This is a nice ice pack. Purchased to go with the brand's shoulder brace, which works okay - but not a great fit for me. Nevertheless, i appreciate the icepack and look forward to trying the heat aspect.

Slips out of the brace which can be annoying but otherwise works.
