VitaRaw Glutathione Immune Support (1000mg)

Hi there! I’ve been taking this form glutathione for about 6 months now, and it’s become essential. I feel better, I look better, and because I have severe chronic pain issues this helps with, I function better. Please note that the bottle contains 30 servings of 1000 mg l-glutathione complex, each tablet doesn’t contain 1000 mg of 1-glutathione. That being said, I’ve taken glutathione as well as it’s liposomal form, I’m achieving better results with this l-glutathione, and I’m very happy with the particular blend they have added to it. Since I no longer have to purchase other supplements, I’m actually saving money since I no longer need to buy the supplements that are in this on in addition to the l-glutathione. I have been using milk thistle off and on for 25 years for its neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory after a scooter accident that resulted in a head injury and badly fractured leg. I’ve been taking lecithin since childhood on the advice of my grandfather who was a doctor, and I began taking MCT oil a few years ago for its numerous benefits. Like a few others have mentioned, it keeps me regular. I’m not sure what’s going on with that because, as I mentioned above I’ve taken glutathione and the additional ingredients in this supplement, and never experienced anything like it before. Maybe it happened, it just wasn’t as immediate? By immediate I don’t mean that it’s anything like diarrhea. Anyway, I’m very happy with this addition to my AM supplements. The reason I chose to use this product was I needed a good vitamin for my immune system and to get more energy and so far as help me a lot in those areas. I really do think this is a great product and if you need to detox, immune support, acne reduction, or brighter skin I really do believe this is the vitamin for you.

Works OK. But please can you guys reduce the size..And it's 4 pills or capsules at a time. But they so huge even that is hard to take. Plus capsules to large to ingest. Hope they see this.

...I have no idea what glutathione does long-term for people, but it supposedly boosts their immune system and health. As I've only taken it for 1 day, I don't know what it does long-term on a personal basis. The label says it can cause diarrhea and G-I issues, so...be cautious when first starting up on it. Supposedly these symptoms ease over a period of time.
