Truly excellent book that addresses the subject of weight loss in a very practical, straightforward manner, based on the author’s personal experience and excellent insight into weight loss. The book explains how to become and remain motivated and committed to weight loss but also addresses those issues that might stand in the way of achieving the long-term goal. A very inspirational and motivational book in itself.

Quick easy and informative
This book is such an easy read. It’s not one of these books you have to pick up and put down again, loose interest in or can’t seem to finish. I read it from cover to cover in one sitting. The short chapters made it easier to digest. And it had some real eye opening information in it. I don’t know wether I am ready to change my eating habits just yet, but after reading this book, I know I will be able to when I’m ready to do so!

Easy read and makes a lot of sense.

Clear, concise and confidence building!
I've spent a lot of time reading about the science of behaviour change, but this book did a great job at offering applied tips to help people that are both achievable and realistic. Taking this information, and considering how the ideas would work best for you as an individual would be the best way to see long-term change.
