Synergee Exercise Fitness Resistance Band Mini Loop Bands That Perform Better When Working Out at Home or The Gym

I am a physical therapist in Ketchikan, AK. I recently discovered Synergee mini bands and now use them almost exclusively for lower extremity therapeutic exercise. I find them superior to theraband for hip strengthening for ease of use and effectiveness. No tying knots or measuring out band. The complete set is very practical. Even my athletes will use varying resistance based on what exercise is being performed or their current strength/endurance levels. The complete set of bands makes it very easy for patient's self progression. The price is unbeatable. Home gym in your pocket, great for taking on a plane for business trips or keeping in your gym bag to perform corrective exercise before or after your regular workout. These bands are very durable. I have not had one break in one year of using them. I will say that the green band (most used in clinic) seems to have lost some elasticity but that is with HEAVY use in an outpatient physical therapy clinic over the last year (still has not needed to be replaced). We have challenges in clinic to see who can do a monster walk with "THE RAINBOW!" (all bands at one time). As a physical therapist who works with ALL patient ages, diagnoses, physical ability, etc, I highly recommend these bands for ALL of my patients and either purchase a set for them myself or have them order on amazon. Good quality bands for a great price. Been using the bands for about 3 weeks now, and really love them. I've been using them for lateral band walks, and "monster walks", to target those hard to work inner/outer thigh muscles, and the gluteus medius. The bands are comfortable around my ankles, and the set comes with four different resistant levels so you can progress as you get stronger, or they're great if your training others in a group setting. Also love how easy they are to throw in my gym bag and carry with me. They seem really strong and of good quality. Very happy with the set.*UPDATE 11/8/15: the green band/medium resistance, broke on me this week. I've used it almost a month doing lateral band walks. Wishing it had lasted longer than the 3weeks I was using it. Was great during that time. Since there are other bands in the set, I've just gone up in tension and continue to do them. We'll see if this one lasts longer.

These are great quality, but there is not enough resistance for me, even with the extra heavy band. To give you an idea, I do bent over rows with 52.5 lbs and when I do a similar move with the extra heavy band, it is too easy. Other than that these are great, particularly for beginners. For my wife, these will work great as she is just starting to do strength training.

Received the Synergee Exercise Bands within the specified time. A friend recommended some light duty rehab exercises to treat my shoulder pain, so I researched the needed bands on Amazon, and chose Synergee due to the positive reviews. So far I have used the two lowest resistance bands, yellow and green for my exercises, and they are just right for my shoulder issue. I've been doing a lot of push ups the past year, and may have over rotated my left shoulder, and now it hurts to do any type of pushing or chest compression movement. I am doing reverse shoulder rotations with the lighter bands to help balance the shoulders out.There were some reviewers who complained that these bands were too weak and weren't comparable to heavy weights. Well these are light duty bands for rehab and other light exercises, not for a heavy duty workout. There are large heavy duty bands out there that replaces weights, and have 15, 30, 60, 100 lbs resistances ( I have a set from Rogue Fitness) if you want a heavy workout, but the understand that the Synergee bands aren't it. For what they are, I think the Synergee bands are excellent.

This company makes great quality products for good price

When I originally received this order, the pack was opened and there were only 4 bands instead of 10 in the pack. It was very disappointing as I had a class I was instructing that Friday and I had to change my program as I did not have enough bands. Fortunately Amazon took care of me and issued a refund so I was able to reorder it. Initially, I had received a 25% discount as I bought a couple items from Synergee, so the refund was based on the discounted amount. While I did lose the 25% difference, Amazon let me keep the incomplete pack.As far as the product itself goes, I am very pleased with them. The Synergee bands are approximately 2 inches longer (extra 4 inches circumference) than my other bands. I work with several bands in my classes and have had thicker clients struggle with my original band assortment. The Synergee bands being longer, allow individuals with thicker limbs to participate much better and to receive a greater resistance than having to opt for a lighter resistance in the smaller band option. For smaller individuals the Synergee band does give extra play room but nonetheless still offers a great resistance and workout. I particularly recommend this product for people with larger body circumference. Due to the diverse body types in my classes, the Synergee band has been an excellent addition to my assortment and has proven to be of immense value for many clients.

These are good for lots of things but I got them for specific corrective exercises that my personal trainer has me do before we start.So I asked if he had a problem with me doing them by myself and he said no, so that's 10 extra minutes of weightlifting each session.I also do this annoying crab walk he has me do that I'm pretty sure will give me buns of steel... not high on my priority list, but he's the boss.

I looked at a lot of resistance bands before I ended up getting Synergee brand. I was nervous by how many other brands got reviews that their product broke/were flimsy or smelled awful. This product did neither of those and has been great to use. The material is sturdy and they have proven to be a great addition to my work out. Would definitely recommend.

habe welche von Perform Better gekauft, leider sind paar schon gerissen (ca. 1 Jahr im Trainingseinsatz).Diese sind ziemlich teuer 4,50€ pro Stück.Habe jetzt die Mini Bands bestellt, die sind bisschen elastischer wie die von Perform Better ( d.h. das Gummi ist schwächer).Bin gespannt wie lange Sie halten, bin aber da guter Dinge.Preis / Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung.

Good bands for the price. Rides up at times but might be due to the gym clothes i'm wearing, otherwise happy with the purchase!
