Mild, aromatic, tasty, very good
As born European, I love a good coffee. With the age can't drink any longer the strong expresso coffee, but I still indulge in a good taste and aroma of a longer, American style coffee. For many years I've dring a german brand coffee from Aldis, but when they stop carrying the brand I had to sart looking for replacement, So i found Dallmayr Prodome (there is an electrinic synth with same name that I like), so I said, let's giving it a try.I dring one coffee in the mornig, and Dallmayr Prodome satisfies the requirements of a good quality coffee. This coffee is maybe a little bit better roasted then a mild coffee..because it has a robust taste that isn't strong, but very aromatic and tasty. I usually pour the content of the package in a speacial glass jar with a lid, so the aroma stays in well preserved. I open the jar when the filter and water are in, so it will stay open just for the few second until I measure out 5 teaspoon of coffee for 2.5 cups of water ( I have a small, 5 cup machine). Highly recommand.

Good, tasty.
Very good. Tasted much better when I was in Germany. I suspect how our water is treated makes a difference.

Good coffee
Gave this as a gift. The recipient loves this coffee. I was worried it might be stale but it is not.

Good
I prefer their milder roast, but it's good. Confused about the pricing. I recently bought 2 x 500g bags around $22. I thought that was "expensive". The prices listed seem much higher.

Better and cheaper than most gourmet store brands
I was served this German coffee the first time at a B&B in Amsterdam, and later found it on Amazon. The price is competitive with U.S. domestic "gourmet" coffees but it is smoother and has a richer flavor; great tasting coffee.
