Tracfone - Bring Your Own Smartphone- Nano Sim Kit - at&t Towers

Compared to Verizon for Tracfone, this has been consistently showing 2 to 3 bars vs 1 to 2 (and sometimes totally dropping offline) with Verizon (NO, I can't hear you now LOL), I'm impressed! My phone  BLU R1 HD - 16 GB - Black - Prime Exclusive - with Lockscreen Offers & Ads  recognized the card instantly after using the adapter kit and installing it in my phone! Unfortunately, despite spending time with Tracfone over VoIP and them supposedly reprovisioning it, my Verizon Tracfone no longer functions, and the new Amazon phone won't work until Tracfone gets this worked out. Short version, I've been without a phone for almost two weeks, which is a little frustrating to experience in 2017, especially as it's my only phone. That's my problem and hopefully other people will have no issues. Hoping to get this working sometime, as all the bars in the world won't help if the service isn't working. Fingers crossed I'll get this fixed with tracfone soon.IF you have a micro or standard size sim slot, make sure to purchase an adapter. Because my phone uses micro vs. nano, which I'd not realized when ordering this, and this doesn't include the various adapters as the Verizon version of it had, I'd ended up purchasing a separate kit to get it working in my phone. I'd recommend getting  TechRise 5 in 1 Sim Card Adapter Kit with Sander Bar and Tray Open Needle  if necessary, it's reasonably priced, works well and includes all 3 possible varieties. They even threw in freebies!IF you have a micro or standard, it appears the seller now offers that style of card too  Tracfone Bring Your Own Smartphone Kit - Micro/standard Sim , which I'd not seen in searches when I purchased this. Regardless, I'm happy with the purchases as I now basically have a nano, standard, and micro sim for AT&T with tracfone that in theory can easily move between mobile phones should and when I need to switch.So far so good! Disappointed to see price drop 20% after purchase, though this benefits future buyers. I was pleased to receive quickly and impressed it included additional instructions on setting it up.Unsure what more to add? Was pleased this was available and shipped quickly. Thank you!

Activating a phone while keeping your number sounds complicated, and no one just knows how to do it. This is why I compliment the seller for giving clear instructions.This kit has simm cards for AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks. For Tracfone, there's almost no way your network isn't covered. The added flier lets you cut Tracfone customer service out of the loop, and even gives the seller's contact information in case you get stuck. But you almost can't get stuck with his directions. I had the phone ready to make calls in ten minutes, when I set aside a whole evening just in case.

Not worth the time or money! I still do not have cell service. What a hassle! Do not waste your time on this!

It was inexpensive..but it doesn't work with older phones..not a problem..I understand.

Sim card is as expected. Additional instructions are very good, although I did not need them, they would have helped me the first time I activated a sim card. I give 5 stars mostly for the 60 minutes between placing this order and the time it was shipped, and the 70 minutes it took Phickey64 to ship my other order. His prices are at or near the bottom, but service is at the top. The sim card worked, it's a sim card. But I received it in time for a gift. After two times in a row, I would trust Phickey64 again.

Great Nano sim card that fits the new Sony Xperia XA2 smartphone. This is my first sim card purchase so I did my homework and watched You Tube videos to learn what to do. Tracfone recognized the sim card and transferred all my minutes to my new phone. It works great.

Work perfectly. I've been using Tracfone for about five years. I had to transfer my service from a mini sim to a nano sim because I got a new phone. Just make sure you transfer online, not by phone to avoid any human error on TF's part. I love Tracfone. Nowhere else can you get voice, text, and, data for as little as eighty bucks a year. That's less than $7 a month.

Works great with my used iPhone 5S using Tracfone as a provider. Great for people who do NOT use lots of minutes - probably the least expensive way to go for a great full-featured iPhone but not as a primary phone... for those folks do not spend their days carrying it their hand and "playing" and texting all day.
