I checked with my doctor, and she told me that this was the perfect blend for people needing a calcium supplement. I highly recommend it.

the tablets are a bit large, but i can get them down, no after effects, i usually take at night before bed.

I’ve only been taking these for a week so I can’t say I am benefiting from them.My advice is if you have swallowing issues try something else.The tablets are very large and could be difficult and dangerous for some people.

My doctor had prescribed me Vitamin D capsules along with taking Calcium supplements. I kept forgetting to take the Vitamin D capsules so my bloodwork was very up and down. I found these supplements and decided to try them my bloodwork has been amazing. My Vitamin D levels and Calcium levels are the best they have ever been. The pills are large so I take with food.

This may be a good product; however, the pills are so big (horse size) that even cutting them in half still made it impossible for me to swallow. If one doesn't have a problem swallowing huge pills, then it's recommended.

While I believe this is a good product I will not be reordering due to the size of the capsules.I take at least 18 supplements a day recommended by my Naturopath. And yes, several are onthe large size. But these calcium caps are uncomfortable to swallow. I cut in half and thenin quarters due to the rough edges, I ended up crushing in my blender. I put in the green juice.It is a hassel, therefore will not be reordering.

Easy to take.

This Supplement is easy to use just follow the directions.
