Went from having trouble getting to sleep (couldn't shut my brain off) and sometimes waking up early and not being able to fall back asleep to sleeping 8-10 hours with ease.The only downside to taking this stuff is I sleep 10 hours and then I'm ready for a nap shortly after waking up. But it doesn't make me drowsy throughout the day and at work like ashwagandha and CBD does.Also decreased my anxiety/uprightness to a noticeable degree, making it easier to socialize, and made it far easier to focus.Can't recommend it enough. It's done more for me than any Genius-brand item and any other calming or nootropic supplement I've tried.

These seem to work just as well as the dissolvable tablets from another brand. These capsules have the same texture as a fish oil tablet and are about half the size. They are more round and not oval which I’m not a fan of, they seem a little bit harder to swallow than a normal vitamin because of the weird round shape. I switched to this brand because of the organic ingredients and the value. These are made with a coconut carrier oil instead of a seed oil which I really appreciate. Just take one at a time when swallowing.

This is a very good product for relaxing, calming and unwinding before bedtime. I have been sleeping better since taking it. I've taken it every night and felt the difference in sleep quality and restfulness.

Swallowing the gel form tablet, I just wanted to note that I find swallowing this supplement has been best when I drink a warm beverage like my coffee or tea. Drinking with a bottle of water, I felt like it was hard going down my throat and made me a bit uncomfortable. The warm beverage on the other hand opens up the pathway.

Excellent value and love the addition of Mag glycinate. Pills are somewhat large but I take them with a warm beverage as others have suggested. These have helped me with anxiety and mood and sleep quality. Will repurchase

Love these easy to swallow soft gels. They work really well and the health benefits are noticeable. I sleep well for something that gives me energy. No crash just does what it's supposed to.
