This pillow is great. I am a back and side sleeper and have had so much trouble finding a good pillow, I have been through so many. I have neck pain and headaches every time I wake up. 1 night using this pillow and that has changed.

The only problem I have now is, I don't want to wake up!!! 🙃 it's such a comfortable pillow. I thought it'd be a bit awkward feeling due to the shape, but it's not at all awkward. I sleep so incredibly well. It really is like sinking into a cloud. In reality it's sinking into the perfect pillow with just the right amount of softness and firmness. My back pain has subsided. I still need my massage from my old knots BUT this pillow has given me relief from my precondition back pain. I feel my spine is aligning and I wake up feeling so comfortable and well rested. I LOVE this pillow. I'm glad I got one for myself and my mom.Give it a shot and if it doesn't work for you return it. I doubt you'll be returning it. As for the comments showing the pillow squashed. This pillow comes in a packaging that takes all the air out and seals it. Once you take out the pillow it will inflate into its normal size. You have to give it a few minutes to get it's form back but it will go to its normal self. I wouldn't worry about it arriving squashed. I would just give it 5 minutes (if that) and the pillow will be plump and ready for use. Don't let those photos discourage you. I say this because if I were considering it and saw those pillows I'd probably pass in fear.... don't pass on this pillow lol it's amazing!!!

It a great pillow but does take a bit to get used to. I no longer have shoulder or neck pain. Being the shape is different than a traditional pillow, it took me a minute to get comfortable & find a position I could sleep. But after about 3 days, I noticed I was just falling asleep faster & not tossing or turning due to an uncomfortable pillow. Very happy I got this pillow. Very well made & good feeling material. Recommend getting the Queen size.

This pillow is not designed for all sleeping positions. I don’t think any of these cervical pillows are. I’m a side sleeper and it is not high enough for my shoulder not to smash into the bed. This causes me neck and back pain. I have a folded towel in my pillow case to give it some height.I do like how it supports my neck. I used to scrunch up my old pillow to get neck support.This pillow is great if you sleep on your back. It seems like that was what it was designed for. Your head fits into the cut outs. The part that sticks out in the middle aligns your spine. (That middle part will annoy your shoulder if you’re a side sleeper) I can’t imagine anyone using this if they are a stomach sleeper. You won’t be able to breathe and your neck is turned too much.I also have issues with this pillow hurting my ear piercings. Because it’s shaped to your head and a firm memory foam, there’s no give. I have one piercing that got really irritated.Currently looking for a new pillow that’s better for side sleepers.

Honestly, best sleep I’ve had in a long while. My neck has been killing me for like 6 months. Finally slept in a comfortable position. No neck pain next day…

Okay, I am serious when I say, I had been working on designing a pillow similar to this... I guess now I no longer need to, which is fine by me....I have had chronic migraines for years, along with severe neck pain. I also had a craniotomy for a brain aneurysm in 2011, so many pillows hurt the left side of my head to where it feels "bruised" when I would wake.. I have tried so many different pillows without much relief. Of course I had to try this one too. It took some working out how best to adjust it for me as it is very low sitting. I myself cannot use it alone as it causes my sinus pressure to increase. So after a couple of nights, I finally figured out which small, thin pillow to place under it. I am telling you, it is worth it!!! There will be some soreness at first, which is completely normal, as your neck adjusts to being supported correctly and I'm guessing aligning as you sleep. I used it the entire night right from the start. The first few nights, I did wake several times to make sure I was laying on it properly. But I do have trouble sleeping anyway so not sure if anyone else will do the same. I cannot say my neck pain is gone completely, it comes and goes, and honestly, I don't think that is the pillows fault, because Iknow that I end up laying all wonky sometimes. But when it is present, it has HIGHLY DECREASED!!! I could tell a huge difference by the end of the first week, and it got even better the second week. It has also eliminated the bruised feeling from the side of my head that other pillows caused when I've slept on that side (normal soreness from scar tissue is not the pillows fault). I've been using it for several weeks now and am still so pleasantly surprised at how much I am digging it. I am very thankful to the makers/designers of this pillow which only another person with this sort of pain can understand! Go ahead and give them your money. I seriously doubt that you will regret it.P.s. I am a side and back sleeper.
