I’m giving the Holy Basil capsules three stars mainly due to packaging—three of the capsules arrived broken, with powder spilled inside the bottle. Aside from that, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste, which I really appreciate. I haven’t noticed any effects yet, but that doesn’t mean it’s not working. I’ll continue taking it and see how it goes.

They have a good calming effect for somebody who is anxious by nature. They have zero taste which some pills taste bad have not noticed with these. They are a quality pill and I seem to have a higher energy level with these pills. I think they are also lowering my blood pressure with the calm the bring.
