Me and my girlfriend real love the rings comfortable to where and notice an improvement in our health.

Pros: helps with arthritic fingers and stiffnessCons: have to buy larger size and metal is fragile. My husband likes the rings but when he drops them they break. We continue to buy them because they work well for his arthritic fingers
