Highly recommended! Excellent, heavy-duty piece of equipment
I got this for my sister, who is a cancer patient. She weighs just less than half of the listed capacity of this trapeze, but as a former registered nurse, she requested this heavy-duty model for ultimate stability - and yes, it is very stable! It took a little tinkering with the exact placement under her full-size bed, but she is able to get in and out of bed, as well as adjust herself therein, much more easily. This trapeze is considerably more costly than a 250-lb capacity model, but if you are anywhere near that weight, I highly recommend that you spring for this one instead. This is an extremely heavy piece of equipment and is of high quality construction. Assembly was fairly easy, but the instructions tell you to assemble the trapeze arm (the overhead part) to the supporting post before attaching it to the base. Well, the arm and post together are too heavy to comfortably lift, and as a result it's too unwieldy to position it correctly in the floor base clamps. I had to disassemble the arm from the post and attach the post to the base first, then attached the arm. (The manufacturer probably assumes that you have two big, strong people putting this thing together, and in our case, it was just little old me. My nephew assisted with final assembly and placement when he got home from work.) You can preview the assembly instructions here: http://www.grahamfield.com/nosync/productimagesV2/ProductAdditionalInfoItemOriginal1809.pdf The trapeze came well-packaged and faster than expected. I had a question about some unidentifiable parts that were included in the box, so I called the manufacturer. I got immediate assistance from a friendly, knowledgeable man in the shop, and together we were able to determine that the parts were for a different model. Hint: Get yourself some little rubber caps (maybe 3/8", but measure the bolts to be sure) to slip over the exposed ends of the bolts on the clamps so you don't get scratched while you're positioning the finished unit. Ours were a bit rough to the touch.

VERY GOOD SUPPORT. Adjusts for height. Just what we needed..
This works REALLY WELL. Hubby needed a triangle above the bed to help him adjust his body and help him out of bed. I worried on which one to get. This one works super well. Can be adjusted for height. Does not move at all when he pulls on it to move around. Hubby is 220# and we have no problems with it at all. It is very sturdy. You can be assured that this works well, is adjustable, moves easily when you want it to, stays put when you need it to. I put it together all by myself in a 20 minutes. It's mostly together when you get it. I would recommend to anyone needing a help getting in or out of bed.

Easy assembly, heavy duty.
This product requires assembly. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver and a socket wrench set (9/16" socket if memory serves). But it goes together quickly and intuitively. Once assembled with the nylon feet attached, you can slide it around pretty easily. I bought this for a brother who has Parkinson's. He spends a lot of time in a recliner and has a hard time getting / remaining comfortable. With this device assisting, he can reach up and pull himself into a more comfortable position. After a couple of days of use, he acknowledged that it provides more assistance than he anticipated it would. That's high praise from my low key sibling.

Sturdy
This trapeze is sturdy enough that it doesn't flex when being used. It was easy to put together and place under the bed.

im 310 lbs and no problem with sturdiness !
i would of given it a 5 star if it would have been able to swing so i could get to edge of bed easier. straight up and down to adjust oneself in bed works very good. also note....caution on where you assemble this so you can fit through door and be able to move bed out to put in behind bed. just had to keep apart with pins out till it was situated behind bed. i hope i explained that well ! watch your back :)
