LifeArt Blue Light Blocking Computer Reading Glasses,Men's and Women's Rimless Frame (Black, +1.00 Magnification)

This is my first pair of blue light filtering glasses and I am not disappointed. Let's talk about what comes in the package: you get a jewlers screw driver, a literal blue LED light (possibly close to UV spectrum), a plastic reference card to test the blue light filter of the lenses on, a microfiber cloth, hard case, and the glasses. Wow. They over delivered here. What really impressed me was that they give you the tools you need to test the efficacy of their lenses at blocking blue wavelengths of light, and let me tell you, they deliver. You can clearly see how the lenses perform with the light and test card they provide! I've never seen a product supplier want you test actually test their product and provide you with the tools to do that. Bravo! Now on to the glasses themselves. Aesthetically, they're sharp. The frameless design ensures the disappear off your face with no frame to obscure objects in your peripherals. If you've ever heard of the glasses brand Sillhouette, they charge between $200-$400 for frameless glasses. These $10 glasses are lighter and just as good looking. Sure they may not be as robust, but in my opinion, that's not much of a statement when looking at the price difference. The lenses seem to be made out of polycarbonate which can easily scratch, but that's also not a huge deal to me since they provide a hard snapping case to store them in. Finally, I'll tell you about my actual experience with them. I am a computational engineer and gamer. I spend easily 8 hours a day in front of screens. When I put these glasses on, I was legitimately shocked. They offer a noticeable difference. I actually had no idea what to expect but here's what I felt: my vision felt less strained and the screens were more gentle on my eyes, less dry eye for sure, fewer headaches, and possibly a boost to my mood and energy levels (though that could be placebo or it could happen when wearing any blue light filtering glasses). At this price point I would 100% recommend them to anyone who sits in front of screens for extended periods of time. Actually, I would have easily paid double or triple the amount for the same product. These glasses are amazing, stylish, and soothing to the eye. My only gripe, if you could call it that, is that they are very reflective (as they should be). This is only really a problem when on video calls where your screens will totally reflect off the lenses and hide your eyes on camera. Essentially, it looks like you've got screens on your glasses. It would be great if they could add an anti-glare coating to these lenses to combat this issue, but I am still extremely impressed to the point I'll be ordering a second pair as a backup. Great quality and value on these ultra lightweight rimless readers! They’re available in many strengths, a number of colors, and have adjustable nose pads. They seem distortion free. Included are a hard plastic case, cleaning cloth, anti-fog wipe, and a mini 2 head screwdriver. I now keep a pair in several different rooms.

Good price, comfort and look. They actually are effective and affordable.

I'm editing my review to add that I'm now on my second pair of these and they are the best for the price! I bought them in one strength for middle distance and another strength for closer up reading/work and it's perfect. The best part is how light they are so they don't pinch your head or give you a headache. The frame and arms are bendable to some extent, so you can adjust them to stay on your head. The only drawback I can see is they are so light and clear/transparent with minimal frames, if I put them down in an inopportune place, I often don't see them on first glance, so I am careful to put them in the case so they don't get lost in the clutter or I don't sit on them. But that lightness makes them a breeze to wear and they never pinch or cause headaches, so I'll take it! I did sit on them once, but was able to bend them back into shape easily. I'm hard on glasses in general because I'm an absent minded professor type who sits on them or misplaces them, so these are the perfect solution since I can bend them back or buy another pair inexpensively. Double thumbs up! ------------------- Very nice non-prescription reading glasses for the price! I've tried various readers because I'm terrible about losing them, and some fall apart quickly, or they fit uncomfortably, and they these are the best I've tried. These are very light and flexible so you hardly feel them on your head, yet they stay on and don't slide around, which is very nice. They also come in a nice little case with extra ear pads, a little screwdriver, and a cleaning cloth. So a great buy for the price. PSA: Even if you buy readers like this rather than prescription glasses, please get your eyes checked for glaucoma over age 40 to protect your vision, since glaucoma is very common and can come on quickly and without your awareness and lead to blindness if you don't catch it early. It's a quick and painless test you can get by itself anywhere they sell prescription glasses.

Great pair of readers. Love the rimless style glasses. I wear contacts, and to read small fine print, I have to have readers to help also. The style is great for anyone and they are so light weight you hardly notice you have them on. I am on my tablet constantly so the blue light blocking is another feature on theses glasses. I purchased a gold and silver tone to carry in my purse, and it matches my jewelry color for the day. I like them so well I purchased two more pair. Well worth the price. When I ordered the first time they were $6.99 and that way over a year ago. The price with this order was $9.99 and that was still a good buy. I forgot to mention, you get a nice little hard case and a cloth to keep them clean along with a key chain tiny screw driver and little light to use on the key chain. Yes, they are nicer than what you get from Dollar Tree. But to have the hard case to put them in instead of just dropping down in your purse. When Sarah Paylon was running for President, that was the first time I had seen glasses like that style and before long they appeared in the stores. When I take my contacts out, wearing these as regular is the same strength as my contacts. They look the same as a nice, light weight pair of stylish glasses.

Looks cool and feels sturdy. A lot of glare as I can see my own eyeballs. The middle piece is also really big so it’s definitely noticeable when wearing.

These glasses are a pleasure to read with. They are very light weight but strongly constructed. They are worth the small price difference to the drug store or dollar store product.
