The gummies are tasty. They don't stick together in the bottle. They provide an easy way to get the Daily Requirement of B Vitamins. Easy to get out of bottle.

I ordered the liquid vitamin B and the bottle stated it was a blueberry flavor and my bottle just says daily essentials. It has a good flavor but doesn't do much for energy as B12 should. The expiration date is 12/24.
