I have issue with my red blood cells, This help me to maintain and have a good one. The product was great, and this is the 3rd time I ordered this product. I even recommended it to my friends. Even I ordered Calcium of the same brand.

Seems to be a more natural way of getting an adequate iron supplement. They are blue just a heads up. I pretty confident I am Anemic which is leading to some hair loss - already checked my thyroid of cortisol labs for other possibilities. Looking forward to this as I cant Seem to get enough iron from my diet.
