If taking more than 50 mg a day, take in divided doses unless you like the true Niacin flushing. Niacinamide won't cause that flushing, but you definitely will lose the Vasodilation effects that only the Niacin form can give you

It's hard to find the low-dose. This is all the Niacin I believe I need with minimal Niacin flush as compared to higher doses.

Our 11 year old Silky Terrier was diagnosed with Diabetes last year. He is skinny. 13 Pounds. Not a gram fat on him. Never been sick a day in his life. He is on 7 units twice a day vetsuline. His Glucose is steady at 120 now, and after one month taking Niacin and Krill oil his Cholesterol went down to 373 and his Triglycerides to 1491. His food did not change at all. all is the same. It is definitely the Niacin and the Krill Oil that improved his readings. Hope it will go down even more...
